Presentation Proposal
SUBMIT YOUR PRESENTATION IDEAS TO TDWI
TDWI's popular Night School program offers conference attendees a quick peek at new or important issues that aren't covered in its core conference program.
If you are interested in submitting a presentation for consideration, please fill out and submit the form below. Due to the high volume of presentation proposals TDWI receives, we cannot respond to each submission. Should your presentation be chosen, we will work with you to schedule your presentation during one of our upcoming conferences as a Night School course.
TDWI issues formal invitations to Night School instructors approximately five to six months before a conference. Therefore, proposals must be submitted approximately seven months prior to a conference. Instructors chosen to present at the Night School program are given a $250 stipend and a three-day pass to the conference. Night School instructors must submit their course slides/course notes nine weeks in advance of a conference to remain eligible to participate in the program.
Please Note: In order to comply with TDWI's vendor- and product-neutral commitment, we seldom invite vendors to speak in the night school and/or regular educational programs. However, we do review all proposals, and welcome vendor proposals that are in keeping with the "Successful Application" tips below.
Important! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with TDWI's classroom vendor-neutrality policy.

Integrate case studies, technology demonstrations, or interactive exercises into the presentation.
