TDWI World Conferences are an ideal way to connect directly with a highly targeted group of BI and DW professionals looking to share knowledge and learn about what is shaping the future of the industry. In addition to receiving an in-depth BI and DW education, attendees are evaluating and making purchasing decisions on new products and technologies to integrate within their organizations.

TDWI's Conference Program

TDWI World Conferences feature a unique program of top-notch instructors, full- and half-day courses, one-on-one consulting, peer networking, and an active Exhibit Hall featuring the latest products and technologies. Each TDWI World Conference provides a comprehensive and highly relevant lineup of courses, attracting a highly qualified audience of BI decision makers. In addition to a core program of classes ranging from BI fundamentals to business analytics, TDWI World Conferences focus on enhancing the line of communication between business and IT. By removing this communication gap, organizations can better leverage their BI initiatives and exploit information for business gain.

TDWI Conference Attendees

Recent events have had as many as 900 registered conference attendees. We allow only paid conference attendees and TDWI Members into the Exhibit Hall. The result is quality—not just quantity. Don't waste your valuable time sifting through crowds of unqualified attendees. Let us show you the rewards of dealing with highly targeted, qualified BI and DW professionals. Solution providers who have participated in past conferences tell us that TDWI conferences provide greater value than any other BI and DW event in the industry. The high caliber of attendees, and the quality of the leads, prompts many solution sponsors to exhibit at multiple shows, year after year.

How are TDWI Conferences different from the rest?

  1. High Percentage of New Attendees at Each Event
On average, 88 percent of attendees at each event have never attended a prior conference—meaning that you are assured of new leads each time you exhibit at our events. Over 2,300 paid attendees participated in conference courses during a recent one-year period.
  2. High Percentage of New Companies at Each Event
On average, 79 percent of companies are new to each conference, so you can be sure that you are not talking to the same leads over and over at each show. More than 2,250 companies sent attendees to conferences during a recent one-year period.
  3. Exclusive Exhibit Time
There are no courses scheduled during exhibit hours, so you are not competing for the attendees’ time or attention while exhibiting.
  4. High-Quality Leads
TDWI manages the traffic in the hall, allowing only paid attendees and TDWI Members access to exhibitors. Every contact you make is a potential customer, providing you significant ROI.
  5. Equal Playing Field for All Vendors
TDWI regulates the size of all exhibit spaces to create an equal playing field for all vendors—large or small.
  6. Courses and Content Focused on Your Industry
TDWI courses draw from both the technical and business sides of the industry, ensuring a good mix of purchase influencers and decision makers at our events and in our Exhibit Hall.
  7. TDWI is an Education-Driven Organization
Our educational format draws high-quality attendees who are deeply interested in business intelligence and data warehousing. These savvy professionals know the industry and have a true interest in your products.
  8. Gain Exposure outside the Exhibit Hall
As an exhibitor, you have many opportunities to get your name in front of attendees even before they step foot in the hall. Program guide advertising, room drops, and coupon books are just some of the opportunities available.
  9. Sponsored Speaking Opportunities
Each conference offers a number of sponsored speaking options, including sponsored luncheons and Hospitality Suites. We can help you maximize your sponsored speaking opportunities to best suit your needs and meet our attendees’ expectations.
  10. The TDWI Team
Our team is dedicated to making your exhibit experience as valuable as possible. They understand the industry and your needs. And they are a pleasure to work with (if we do say so ourselves!).
